One of the most unique aspects of Gen­e­sis Home Care is the expe­ri­ence of its tech­ni­cal and pro­fes­sional staff. We are able to ensure the excep­tional level of per­son­al­ized care pro­vided because we have all, at one time, been a care­giver. Before the incep­tion of Gen­e­sis Home Care, the Pro­fes­sional staff were employed in the home­care field as home­mak­ers and CNA’s, some pro­vid­ing care to indi­vid­u­als for well over 20 years before becom­ing part of the Gen­e­sis Home Care fam­ily. Robin Jovic, the owner/​operator of Gen­e­sis Home Care, worked as a homemaker/​CNA begin­ning in the 1980’s and con­tin­ued to do so even after open­ing Gen­e­sis Home Care. The many years of field expe­ri­ence, com­bined with a very fam­ily ori­ented set­ting, allows the agency to be more sen­si­tive to clients’ needs as well as the employee’s.
